Celebrated writer Kate Mosse talks about her new best-selling novel The Burning Chambers, a gripping tale of love and betrayal set against the backdrop of the Wars of Religion in 16th century France. The Burning Chambers is the first of an exciting new historical series of novels, spanning three centuries and sweeping from Carcassonne and Toulouse to South Africa, via Paris, Amsterdam and London.
Kate Mosse is well loved for the multi-million Languedoc Trilogy, gothic fiction and short stories which have been translated into 37 languages. She is also the founder director of The Women’s Prize for Fiction and is a dynamic advocate for literature and creativity, for which she received an OBE in 2013.
