Huguenot Museum in partnership with Rochester Film Society

Rochester film society

The Huguenot Museum is pleased to announce that we will be working in partnership with Rochester Film Society for our brand new 2015 programme.

As part of the museum development our top floor has been converted into a beautiful new learning space – complete with cinema-style seating and projection screen.

Gary Barrell of the Rochester Film Society said: “Rochester Film Society is delighted to be working in conjunction with the Huguenot Museum giving cinema a real presence on Rochester’s historic High Street. Rochester Film Society already hold screening at the Corn Exchange and Sun Pier House but this new venue will provide a platform for French language and French-inspired films appealing to both adults and children with the introduction of Saturday Children’s Cinema: French Film Club.”

Our first collaborative event will be a screening of ‘Marie Antoinette’ on 11 July at 7pm. Our Children’s Cinema begins with a screening of Hugo on 19 September at 10am.
